Provided by Doctor.comDr.Sterk is great ( except for a misdiagnosis ) but his staff is rude and unprofessional, especially Cheryl. Every time I had to deal with her she had a bad attitude and was not very polite. I had problems with them refilling medicines and when I moved they refused to fax a copy of my medical records to my new doctor. I called at one point to speak to the doctor himself and Cheryl & Julia would not let me speak to him. I was a patient for several months and to not be able to speak with my doctor...

Special visiting hours are in place for patients in the Intensive Care Unit. You may visit the ICU for 20 minutes at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm, Monday through Sunday.
