Amazing family owed business that takes customer service to the next level. I do not shop for jewelry anywhere else. If they don't have it they will order it or make it.

On my most recent visit to 1 of my favorite places I was purchasing a clip for my two toned pandora bracelet. Thanks to Reyna who had helped my Bestie pick out a charm for my bracelet a few days prior. The happy crab!!! I simple love it!!!! I have a few bracelets and motif will always be my first stop!! I love their smiles and their customer service!! Simply the best!!!!!!

Went here to get a Pandora bracelet for my girlfriend. Took 4 visits between the two Southland Mall stores, because I needed to come back when they had the size I wanted, then I came back to get a bigger size, and finally I also exchanged the spacers that I bought for another pair of spacers. Each and every time I went, the experience was made simple and enjoyable. Between the 4 visits I was assisted by Reyna, Lindsay, Teshara, Bobby AND Britany. Each and every one of them were VERY helpful and friendly. I came in there with a list of what I wanted, silver bracelet, leather bracelet, three charms, two spacers, and two glass beads, and altogether it only took maybe an hour. So twenty minutes a visit, which was astounding considering they were always fairly busy. I definitely will be shopping here again!

Hands down, this Jewelry store is the best in Michigan. I bought my fiancees engagement ring from Motif and both I and My fiancee could not be happier. The ring is beautiful and the diamond is as fine as it gets. Thank you Eric and Toros for Designing this beautiful ring and making my fiancees dream come true.



I would recommend everyone to go to Motif Jewelers in Southland mall, and i guarantee you that you will be taken good care of once you are in the store.

Well, I have tried so hard to find the special words to describe my heart but I cannot come up with anything to top the heart that pounds in my chest. My ring made by you is out of this world and it IS ME!!! The gift of love is designed by your heart to mine. I thank you so much and if anyone wants to be as happy as I am then they must visit this Jeweler in person. My fiance ring is so undescribable. We are one happy couple.
