Impossible to contact by email. They sent me an item I purchased but not the correct item as advertised. I can't find an email address for them that I can access. I give them 2 star's unless they slve the problem.

I have done most of my exchanges here with ease. The real issue arose when i took my 1911 in for new sights. After waiting a month i call (they didnt inform me it was done) and they did a hack job on the front sight. Of course they didnt charge for poor workmanship but I will be sending my slide off to a real Gunsmith to repair what should have been a standard sight cut. The slide finish was speckled and the front sight was had punch marks on the top where they missed the pin. The rear sight cut was clean but they should have moved it closer to the edge so it wouldnt catch on anything. Over all Poor quality and lack of attention to detail. I would not advise trusting your gun to their smith shop.

The folks at Tucker Gun are great. Out of all my firearms purchases, only two have not been from these guys. When you go into a store and most of the folks behind the counter say "Hi!" to you by name, it's a great place to do business with. Prices have been reasonable and service excellent. Highly recommend.
