Just wanted to give a little thanks to the Speedway location...My husband has extremely wide feet, and it is so hard to find comfortable shoes that fit him properly. We tried out the speedway location for the new balance brand. My husband is super picky and hard to please, but ended up with a great pair of shoes that are comfortable and still have a great look to them. The staff was awesome and was really patient with us. Thank you all!!

I recently had a disappointing experience at their Broadway store location. I bought a pair of insoles which was prescribed for the pain in my feet. It’s like a padding you wear inside the shoe to lessen the friction. At the time I bought it the lady herself put it inside my shoes and asked me to wear it to see how I feel. She told me to take it home, but if it’s not up to the standards to bring it back for return/exchange. The receipt clearly indicated returns were within 15 days. I wore it for 5 days and realized that it wasn't helping much so the 6th day I took it for a return. The same lady was there. I explained the matter. To my surprise she refused to give me my money back. I asked for an exchange, she even refused that. I asked why. She said because the insoles were already worn and cannot be sold to another customer. Well I asked why she told me to take it home, wear it around and if there's a problem to bring it back. She didn't answer and tried to call the security people.
