I've not been to your store; however, based on the difficulty I'm having to access info online about your in-house products, I probably won't bother to make the trip to the store even though I'm in Tucson. When I click on products, hoping to find the types of toys you carry, i.e. activity and/or musical toys, I am directed to a Bakersfield, CA store! I'm afraid I will shop elsewhere. Sorry!

The absolute WORST shopping/ordering experience ever. Staff was incompetent and it took over 30 minutes to place an order, being on hold for at least 15 of those minutes. Anna was unable to tell me if the item was in store and then unable to tell me the total cost of my purchase without placing me on hold for way too long! Lori then placed a call to me about 10 minutes later to confirm my credit card number without first identifying her business or giving me her name. Seems to me the staff needs additional training especially in customer service which is certainly not up to standards. Overall a bad experience!
