Not a good place to get permanent makeup, my eyeliner wasn't done correctly and after more than one touch-up I am still not satisfied - I will be going somewhere else to get it corrected as much as possible. Karreen does not like it when you tell her that you are not satisfied or don't like the way it came out or that you want her to fix something. It seems to me that if a customer doesn't like the results it should be corrected for free and the customer should not have to pay every time you go to get something corrected that wasn't done right and to the customers satisfaction the first time. At least, in my past experiences, that's how other establishments operate.
