Founded in 1987, SaddleBrooke HOA 1Community is a nonprofit corporation owned and operated by homeowners. The community operates more than 2,000 lots with over 2,000 homes. SaddleBrooke HOA 1Community features a 27-hole golf course and a clubhouse with a lounge and dining facilities. It also maintains a fitness center, gift shop, arts and crafts building, tennis courts and community pools. The community features a pro shop that sells golf equipment and apparel. It also offers a range of extracurricular activities, including dance, political and metaphysics study groups, as well as bridge, book, computer, and arts and crafts clubs. In addition, SaddleBrooke HOA 1Community coordinates adoption, food bank assistance, and high school scholarship and mentoring programs.
