We shop here on & off depending if we can find what were specifically looking for. This sure ain't the same place I remember as a kid.🙁 The selection is more scarce and pricier everytime I come in.😯 The cash registers work correctly 50% of the time and if you want to buy a gift card they sell, you better keep your fingers crossed to see if they can get it to ring up for purchase. This place is very outdated in every way and the staff act like you shopping here is a problem for them. I hope this place can turn around thier brand before it's tooo late. I don't recommend shopping here. At least until Toys R Us gets greatly improved.

Awful awful AWFUL! Said they transferred it to the Toys R Us on broadway, was not transferred! Called 10 times to confirm that it was My Little Pony, got My Littlest Petshop instead. Had to drive an hour to get the My Little Pony Collection Set. Asked for two, only got one, the very last one. 0 stars.

I highly reccomend Toys R Us for your holiday toy needs, prices are very competitive and they almost always have what you are looking for. The associates are helpful and friendly, and the store is usually clean and tidy.
