Customer Service here is great as long as you get an owner and not a young teenager. However....be aware - since they don't tell you up front - that if you return an item you will not be given a refund on the spot as in more stores. No.....you pay high dollar for their goods and if you return them WITH a receipt, even within the 14 days they say they give a full refund -- they mail you a check within 7 days. I returned a pair of $155 sneakers a week ago and still no refund. Just ridiculous and completely unfair. I will never shop here again. Who in this economy can afford to wait a week or more for a refund? Where on earth is this good business? I'd rather shop Walmart. At least there you get your money back.

Before purchasing a pair of expensive equestrian boots, my wife went in first to make sure they could perform any necessary alterations, to which we were told they could do, and had done before. After purchasing said expensive boots, and upon bringing in the boots for alteration, we were told they cannot do the alterations, and we must have been misguided by 'new, inexperienced employees'. Congratulations Delmar Bootery, you have lost these customers forever, and we will continue to speak negatively about you to anyone who asks.
