they will not come back out I have been working on getting them to come back for sometime now and they do not BUT when it is time for there payment they will come and just walk around not here for no more them 2 minutes then they hit your bank for there money

I have been trying to get terminus to come back and finish a job since the second week in September. I have called repeatedly and get shuffled from one person to another. Managers will not return calls and they are excellent in lip service pitiful in actual service. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

The sales man was super professional before the sale. Afterwards, four overweight and unprofessional looking men showed up to tent the house. They broke my gutters (even ripping one off completely) and didn't even tell me about it. When I called to inquire I was told, it was all part of the tenting process. When I questioned why they didn't at least call prior to ripping the gutter off the roof, the sales man got very upset and started yelling at me. Needless to say under the weight of the large men and the somewhat reckless way they maneuvered my roof, it started leaking shortly after the fumigation. When I called for the follow up care I the rep was rude and no one came. I did not use them again, and would never recommend the to anyone!

Company does not back up their services. Total lack of customer service. I switches termite/pest control provider with dramatic improvement in services rendered and results. There are plenty of alternatives in the area with better service and pricing.

After advising the tech there were pets around I did not want harmed, my son watched the squirrel we had been feeding for months die on our front yard. When I called to cancel the service, instead of apologizing or being sympathetic, the representative was completely rude and unprofessional.

Complex said my bedbugs were ticks and even put on paper. Now my managers refused to pay. I got them from a neighbor and they knew about it and failed to advise others. It cost me $300 for the 1st and $200 three more times in 6 weeks

I was taught if you didn't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all , then i called pro-tec pest services, wow what a difference.

Not very informed. Most expensive of the four qoutes i received for termite/pest control. Used scare tactics. Tend to raise the rates the more u show them.

AWFUL!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE RUDE, LIARS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK.

THE WORST termite company I have ever worked with. NEVER use them. Very unfriendly toward their customers.

Had them come give me a fee termite inspection. He didn't even look at the termite damage that we had found. He walked the outside of the house to get a measurement then quoted a price. How can you treat the termites if you don't know how bad the infestation is? Said rodding on the outside. Really? That's it?

Terminix is running a scan in Monroe and Clarke county stating everyone has fungus under their crawl space and want to charge me $4,100 to treat and charge me $850 to treat mosquitos. Talked to several people about them. BEWARE!!!Reporting them.
