From beginning to end, they were so kind to me. From my call, FREAKING out due to the time and Selena was nothing but supportive and calm. Then Jesse helped me unload, and of COURSE, one of the bags opens and spills all over back seat, UNDER seat, and floor (these are big lawn bags). Again, nothing but calm, kind and supportive. Then checking out with Veronica as cashier, and I was emotionally spent, and AGAIN, nothing but calm, kind and supportive. I got there at 4:28, two minutes before closing, and had a great experience. I don’t know where other people are going, but it’s not here as this place is great. Thank you for your help today guys!

Most people already know to stay away from this place, if you don't know you do. They have zero customer service it's confusing layout don't know where I'm going, I'd say guys were rude but I barely saw them they ran and hide when I came up. They'll rip you off on weight and price. Gives scrapping a bad name I wouldn't refer my enemy here...well maybe.

Goal was to drop off 3 large bags of crushed aluminum cans. Sat in a line for 15 mins before someone walked up and asked what i had. Then said oh pull right over there.Once cans were weighed and had pay rcpt, stood in line at cashier for another 15 or 20 mins, second cashier window was there but not staffed. Poor customer service.

I didn't know what I was doing and they guided me through the whole process. I learned a lot. They were patient and informative. The whole experience was great! The gals in the office were really nice and helpful also. I almost forgot my ID and the gal came running out to find me.
