Does not know what an "ADOBE BRICK" is

I checked on line then called. They don't know what an Adobe Brick is much less they didn't look it up. I didn't bother asking for 4 pallets worth when they didn't even know what Adobe was. Looking for Adobe , don't waste you time here.
