BREATHER BEWARE This facility sprays so much toxic deodorizer into the gymnastics area, that I have to wear a mask in order to watch my granddaughter do her gymnastics class. Any place that needs that much deodorizer to cover whatever unknown smells or molds they have going on, is not someplace in which children and young adults should be exerting themselves. These sprays that are coming down from the wall into the gymnastics are known carcinogens. This place smells far worse than the cheapest bathroom I have ever been in. This will keep us from continuing at GForce. I asked them if they could discontinue the use of the wall mounted deodorizers so that my granddaughter and I, both of whom have compromised lungs, would be able to use their gymnasium. They told me they cut in half the amount of deodorizer being sprayed out on a regular basis from their walls, but it is still just overwhelming. I have never run into this before in any gym or gymnastics program. What are they trying to cover up? They are certainly not doing what is in the best interest of the health of their students

Gray hair lady at front desk rude, the owner is even much worse. You can see how the owner is rude to her Staff. My daughter has been insulted by the owner during coaching, owner does not critique with appropriate language. Don't use auto-pay, you will lose more money they you think you owe, and takes them awhile to stop auto-pay. So sad there are coaches there who seem to really enjoy coaching the kids. The owner should get out of the business of working with kids, she obviously hates children and is a very unhappy woman. Don't send your children there.

My son has been going here for a year and I can't say enough positive things about this gym! After trying several gyms in Albuquerque I truly believe they are the best gym in Albuquerque. The entire staff are the most caring people that I know and all want to see their gymnasts succeed in whatever path they are on. Love this gym!

Did not have a good experience with this place. Not very clean, the gymnast to teacher ratio gets too high at times so your child gets very little attention. The last straw was when I called to cancel but they told me I couldn't over the phone and I had to come in person. When I showed up, they told me I would be charged for next month's session which hadn't yet started after previously telling me I would not be charged. They said it was "company policy" as to why they wouldn't refund my money. I thought their teachers were good and friendly, too bad Management is not focused on customer satisfaction or improving the facility. G-Force does not have my endorsement.

I totally disagree with the customer service comments or the price complaints. Though my child isn't not yet advanced, I have seen the payment schedule? If your daughter is an Elite cheerleader, you need to expect to pay more for everything. I think customer service is great. I do feel that many of the teachers are lacking experience. I would have liked to rate it 3.5, but that wasn't an option. Bottom line: I think the prices and customer service is wonderful, but they could use some better teachers. Zoy'e Nix is an amazing coach and totally on top of everything. I would recommend them.

Not recommended. Sorely lacking in experienced coaching staff, and not worth the expense given the results. Management is not customer service oriented at all.

Not recommended for cheer program. they are one of the most expensive, but have the least experiance. Cheer program is new, but there are no certified stunt coaches teaching stunts. They want team money up front and will not return it if the squad doesn't meat expetations. Also not customer service friendly. I had several complaints that would not be heard by coaches or owner. Coaches have little patientes for kids and loose tempers often. I would not recomend for small sensitive childeren.
