Very friendly on the phone and when I went in the office and yard staff were helpfull and went out of their way to find what I was looking for and sold it to me at a great price. I saved 95% of the new price for the wire I needed. 10 plus rating from me.

They're honest always beat every other yard in prices, customer service, location and cleanliness. I refer everyone to them I can send my daughter and grandma and they unload for them and don't try and rip them off if they don't know what they have. I've learned everything I know about scrapping from them they're patient and don't get mad asking questions about why the stuff is dirty or clean. Highly recommend. Stay away from Acme and Abq metals they're opposite of national they rip you off and damage your vehicle.

I love this clean, organized scrap yard, its so well maintained you can pass right by because it does not look like your average messy scrap yard. Everyone is very friendly from the lady who answers the phone to the guy who weighs you up to the lady who pays you. I was not familiar with the scrapping process, they were very helpful over the phone and when I got there all the guys were very knowledgeable and patient to teaching me how to identify different metals and the best way for me to make the most on my material and they all speak ENGLISH nothing gets lost in translation. And they don’t make you feel bad for asking questions. NO FLAT TIRES OR BROKEN WINDOWS, SCALES ARE OPEN FOR YOU TO LOOK AT so you know they are not cheating you on weight like some places…ACME!!! They also pay what they quote you, not say one thing on phone and pay you a total different price when you get there and are unloaded. They warn me BEFORE they unload me if there is a drop or an INCREASE also not just a drop. I cant say enough great things about National Metals

After reading previous reviews I decided to take my recycling to national metal lots of iron and steel the said they could take it but didn't pay as well and didn't handle large amount of steel and recommend us to go to a different metal yard

I always have a great experience selling to National Metals. They are friendly and fun and they pay the best price for everything. I actually look forward to bringing my scrap there! Would definitely recommend!

I have been to several other yards in town, but after selling to National Metals I won't go anywhere else. The people are very friendly and the yard is clean and paved (no more flat tires!) They gave me the best price for my copper and they had me in and out quickly. Thanks!
