Charlie & his sons took care of my cleaning for over 8 years and did a very good job. Friendly and cheerful and I felt like part of the family.

Maybe you'll get it back when you're told it will be ready, or maybe you'll be given excuses that other customers garments were there before yours. If I wait a week on something then I expect it to be ready when i was told it would be ready, otherwise tell me it will be 2 weeks and I can decide if I want to leave the article with you or find another service provider. When I come in to get my clothing that you said would be ready, I also don't expect to get attitude. I'm sure there is better service somewhere else in this area. Lost my business.
