"Reconditioned" battery lasted 2 days before it died. They replaced it with another, which last 3 days. Not looking forward to dealing with these people again.

My father bought a battery for his vehicle, thinking it was a good deal ($40.00) he recommended Recon Battery Warehouse. A year later his battery gave him problems, resulting in him having to replace. They (ReCON) charged him $15 as a prorated fee.



A year after he exchanged his battery, I gave Recon Battery Wholesale the 'benefit of doubt' and decided to buy 2 cheap batteries for my 2 cars. After 1 week and driving the vehicle to Illinois, my new battery died. I have had to jump the battery multiple times. I've had the rest of the vehicle checked out. The diagnosis is the "battery".



I called Recon Battery Warehouse about the defective battery they sold me. They told me they couldn't help me. They are well aware of the "con" game they are playing.



I am now going to do what I should have done in the first place, buy a battery from Wal-Mart!



Lesson Learned: Never buy a battery from a business that has the word "Con" in the name...You will get "Conned".
