Worse services ever. Poor customer services . Dishonest and over priced. Took in my 94 Corolla for a oil leak I had to take it back 3 times and it still not fix correctly. Horrialbe serivce. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They promise to fix your car and when you take it home and you take it back, because its not fix correctly. They want to add more charges to their poor work and refused to give you a refund.

I have taken several cars to Neils over the years and have always been treated fairly. I have had everything from leaky radiators to major engine work done with great results each time. Automotive repair is expensive and having a capable, trustworthy repair shop is a blessing.

Do not go to this shop. THEY'RE CROOKS!!!! Paula at front desk did not explain the procedure and hidden fees, THEY HAD THE NERVES TO ALTER THE CONTRACT AND THEN LATER SAY THAT IT CAN BE CROSSED OUT EXCEPT FOR THE FEE..! Ac does not work even though ernesto said he would and they still had the nerve to charge even though it did not work!!! Do not go here his final statement was that it would cost $626 to fix! Save yourself the trip and do not go there! Save your money and roll down your windows not worth the lies here. IF YOU DECIDE TO GO, GO AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO ALTER YOUR CONTRACT AS WELL.



Besides that they want to take your property just because they think they are in their property!!!!

The service advisors are honest and eager to show the customer the problems they have identified before they fix them at a fair price. Great service. Open all day on Saturday.

great service. I walked in and was greated with curteous service and attention. My car is running good and any additional questions I have they are happy to serve me.
