the lady overcharged me. The sign said 'women cut: $14 and' . she charged $25 for a regular cut. I was shocked. Did not argue and forgot to tip her. I will not be back. if you go there, make sure to ask for the price first.

I would have gone to Great Clips where they charge $16 for the same job.

I dont recommend this salon to anyone. They dont know how to do perms at all. I got my hair permed and it looked waivy not curly, i went back to ask for my money back and the lady (dont want to mention names) said she would re-do it for me, she even agreed that it looked sloppy. I get it repermed and it came out sloppier and messy looking than the 1st time, i spoke to the owner over phone and told him about my incident and he was arguing with me over the phone, i am a very un sastified customer and they forced me to call the better buisiness beruea, and diputing this in court with them. They are un-professional, they dont care for customer service at all, and extremely rude. Dont give them business because they dont care for thier customers, they just care about the money.
