I was going hunting. Pulled my trailer out to go and had a flat tire. I ran it down to Tire Factory. They had we going in 15 minutes. I can't say enough. Thank You

So Honest. I had been into another shop. They had told me I need to replace all 4 of my Tires. I stopped into Tire Factory and they came out and looked at my car and let me know I only need 2 tires. The best part is I had told them I was there to buy 4 Tires. They said they would love to sell me 4 but all I needed was 2. I love working with a honest company. Your the best.

I own a BMW and went in with a coupon for a snow tire change over. Half way thru the job, the owner Damon informed me that he didn't feel my tires were snow tires, only all-season, so he would not honor the coupon. When I pressed him for a better explanation, he informed me that in his experience, BMW and Mercedes owners were assholes, and then told me I was an asshole, and he didn't want my business. What a jerk! BEWARE of these guys!

Great experiance... The salesman treated me just like a friend who had been coming in for years there prices were great and I will be recommending them to my friends anytime. I will definatly be going back

These guys have done quite a bit of work for me in the past. Over the years, I have used them because of their location in relation to my home. During this time, The owner, Damon has displayed the absolute poorest customer relation/service skills I have ever encountered and it finally took it's toll. On two occasions he did not honor his own coupons! The latest incident - I had to call the local police department to get my keys from him! Beware T & C Tire Factory in American Fork! You would be better off going somewhere else!

after shopping around i found t&c tire factory to have the best prices and more inventory than than other place i shopped. they installed my tires very prof and done a alignment on my car it nows drives so much better. I will trust them to do all my repairs from now on

In came to these guys to get my safety and state inspection and was told I needed some parts to pass the safety after which I asked Zack the guy who assisted me that I could buy my own parts. Two days after I ordered the parts @ the auto parts store and picked them up and brought both my car and parts I was told I that I had to use the parts they provided. The parts I bought were $30 each . The parts they sold me were $107 dollars each plus tax. the labor I was quoted also went up from $103 to $117. When I expressed my frustration the owner insisted that I Pay cash and that if I didn't I would have to give "My Car keys back and that he would not let me leave the store". I'm posting this because it's nothing new with mechanics but this guy takes the cake. I had to call the cops because he wouldn't take anything but cash. On top of everything they never re-inspected my car which is why I initially brought it in"I KNOW I GOT RIPPED OFF" I'm practicing my freedom of speech so that this d

I just bought 4 new tires for my truck. These guys were great. I had some other appointments so they gave me their truck so I could go to my other appointments while they put the tires on my truck. The price was great! I can't believe how much difference new tires makes on a car. I will definately go back to T&C Tire
