poorly managed restaurant

The wait for this restaurant is typically over 70 minutes without a reservation. Even with a reservation, they will make you wait...even if there are numerous empty seats...it is really poorly managed. The two times we went without a reservation, we waited 90 and 85 minutes...NEVER GO IF YOU DONT HAVE RESERVATION!! The food was average compared to other similar types of places and over priced. If you are hungry and you visit this place, expect to starve for at least an hour...EVEN if you have a reservation!! it takes them 30 minutes to warm the grill!!!! Really poorly managed restaurant...

Favorite dine out place

Every time we go we are well entertained. The food is fresh & great tasting. The service--well what can I say (we are treated like royalty). We just keep going...... Favorite place to dine out...

Exceptional family place

Benihana's is a feast of food & fun. The atmosphere is always great no matter if your on a date or taking the family along for a gathering. The food is always fresh & tasty. The service is right on it.
