I vooked appointment for 6.30pm for oil change. I came to store at 5.40 guy tells me he cant help till 6.30. I killed the time for 50 mins. At 6.30 another guy tells me you want to come back tommorow ?i mentioned i was hear before 50 mins and mentioned i will be back at 6.30 and have appointment. Than he started talking bad about other guy saying he could have took my car in and etc. Than tells me do i need tire rotation i m like yeah thats why i m hear. Now its almost 7pm they didnt even took my car in. I highly recommend not to come to NTB specially this store. Last time i was hear same bad customer service guy tried so hard to sell me tire. While i am wsiting another person walked in wanted to buy 4 economical tires rep tells him those are not good tires dont buy them buy expensive ones. Another customer left. 3 bad customer service from same store.i will not recommend this place to anyone. Spend more and get ur car fixed at professional place.
