Super efficient and friendly staff. My husband has dealt with them following a stroke and recently for orthopedic needs. They are my suppliers for Bipap equipment and supplies. Very patient with explanations and providing alternatives, etc.

With my MS diagnosed over 20 year ago,My dealings with Care Medical has always been positive!Care Medical is a top notched business!!!

When my husband had a stroke, I chose to use Care Medical based on previous successful experience with my parents five years ago. Not the case in 2015! Other than wheelchair services, I would not recommend this company. The company's ineffective internal communication and inability to maintain physician orders has led to our having an unsuccessful experience. I will not use Care Medical in the future.

In January of 2010, my daughter was hit by an SUV while crossing the street in Athens Georgia. Care Medical helped her dearly by donating a wheelchair to her until she no longer needed it. After healing from surgery and learning to walk again, we returned the wheelchair to them and sent a thank you card as well. It's four years later but we are still grateful for that kind act they showed to her when she had no other resource. Thanks again!

For over an hour I called different medical supply co and tried to get basic information on price for an individual vs hospice co to rent a hospital bed. I spoke to several companies and they ranged from rude to 'I don't care", attitudes. However, Care Medical from the start was very polite and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

My initial contact was positive and group was helpful. When arranging for pick up and return of equipment had to speak with five people to confirm pick-up time. Even though pick-up was scheduled three days in advance. Missed a day of work.

Very nice and helpful people! They made me feel like a valued person to them as soon as I walked in. Wide variety of medical supplies. I am renting a knee walker due to my broken foot.
