BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE.
I called this place couple of times to make sure they will be able to perform transmission fluid change on my car and their so called/self proclaimed manager Dan assured me they can do it and quoted me on the phone. Next day, I got in my truck drove for almost an hour to get to their location and a big surprise. Two geniuses holding same manager title tell me they will not be able to do it for me because it is a Mercedes engine. When I mentioned a fact that they assured on the phone a day earlier they could service it, self proclaimed/ high school drop-out type guy tells me that I informed him that the truck was a Nissan Sprinter not Mercedes Sprinter. Really, Nissan Sprinter? I didn't know such a thing existed. Anyhow I tell one of them that they have to get better educated about car types and what their shop is capable of doing and the next thing I know I get asked in a very aggressive way to get the hell out of their property and their parking lot and they followed with threatening me with a police. Before I left Dan that self proclaimed, not fully educated mechanic managed to show me a universal FU gesture as I was walking away. Very professional and classy on their part, but I guess anything goes when a business is not run by a true supervisor who was trained to do so and knows what a customer service is. Not that this entire event really bothers me or anything, because I realize I was dealing with couple of guys with absolutely no class, so I was not expecting much from them. I just want to warn everybody out there about this establishment. By the way I tried getting a phone number to the owner of this shop to discuss this entire event and so called manager Robert lied and pretended that he owns this place, even though you could tell just by looking at this guy he is not. I will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau to make sure more people know about this unprofessional business. And by the way if you feel comfortable having your car serviced by a group of such unprofessional individuals and not professional true mechanics go ahead and use them. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. Would give them zero stars but no such option.
