If I could give AMcap zero stars, I would. This company is a fine example of what a mortgage should NOT do. Tommy X. frequently lost paperwork, got account information confused, and of course didn't close on time. Throughout the entire process, whenever I called to check on the loan status, I was lied to and told that everything was fine. Everything is not fine when you can't close on fund on time. Save yourself tons of stress and headaches and stay far, far away from this pathetic "mortgage" company.
