A word of caution to wine enthusiasts, especially those who live in the Avery Ranch Subdivision in Austin. The cashier or owner of the store, Avery Fine Wine and Spirits, can be very hostile, belligerent, aggressive, and verbally abusive to customers. He demands that all customers return any unpurchased bottle of wine in its exact spot on the shelf. If not, he will confront you, follow you to your car, and there's no way of knowing what he is capable of doing. His motto seem to be, all customers are thieves and you must prove yourself otherwise. So, beware.
