Capital of Texas Chem-Dry has great customer service. They came to my house to re-clean the bedroom carpets after another carpet cleaner’s process had left a strong chemical odor. Derrick went over one room seven times, and the chemical odor got worse on each pass! Derrick and Casey told me there was no point in proceeding and they wouldn’t charge me. After some discussion, we pulled back the carpet and inspected the pad to find that it had been saturated with the offensive chemical. They agreed to remove the carpet and pad for a very reasonable charge. I am so grateful! The odor began abating as soon as the carpet and pad were out of the house. I would recommend Capital of Texas Chem-Dry to anyone for their honesty, flexibility, and customer service.
