I dealt with Patti directly at the Austin location.  I ordered a standard leather kit and had to prepay before they ordered the kit into thier location.  I asked and clarified with them many times that it was the standard kit.  I received a call the kit was in and dropped my car off for the day.  When I picked the car up I noticed the back seat was mostly vinyl and not leather like the standard kit is suppose to be.  They did finally admit to using a Qkit as they call it which is leather front seats and vinyl rear for people who want the leather look for cheap.  After asking for my original cloth interior to be put back in the vehicle Patti and the shop foreman said they cut out the original interior because it was glued to he seat foam and was unable to be reinstalled.  They would only offer some aftermarket cloth they could order in to be installed.  Patti lied to their merchant on the events that took place after I contested the charge with my credit card company.  This location and Patti is by far the most unprofessional and unethical group/person I have dealt with.  I absolutely do not recommend having work done at this location.
