Stay away from these apartments!

Dishonest office management and sketchy neighborhood (despite St. Edward's University).

Constant rent increases according to past tenants, and not even their own dumpster! No thanks, I went some place else.

A nightmare. Continuing raised rent, questionable business ethics and they surely will fight you on fixing anything, even essentials. Greedy and shady - they will have you looking up your tenant rights. Stay away from anything managed by Granite Properties of Texas.
