Unfriendly, unhelpful, not what I expected. You should not advertise you take walk ins if you can't/WON'T help walk ins. That's why we came BECAUSE your website said walk ins welcome but the "family owned- family friendly" lady must have been off bc whoever was there today did not want to help a mom with twins and one of their first hair cuts.

Never ever again!! I asked for a surfer style for my sons first haircut. He had beautiful straight long hair and I wanted it to stay longish. What did I get? A bowl cut. My son is chunky with chubby cheeks: who in their rIght mind would do a bowl cut.. He looks awful. I cried the entire way home and canceled his 1 year photo shoot tomorrow.

Here is some advice.. If you can't do wtf I ask for then open your mouth and tell me. With my sons wet hair I had no idea he would come out looking like he Should be in the sequel to dumb and dumber......
