I got my dwarf hamster, Potassium, from this shop and he was the sweetest little guy. He sadly passed from old age (age four, very rare) and he came already trained to use a litterbox, didn't bite, wasn't skittish, all at age six weeks. They're workers are so sweet and helpful, and its always the same people so its good to see a familiar face every time you go inside. Zookeeper is obviously so family-oriented and that's what I like. As for the scenery, its spectacular. They have screeching cockroaches, tarantulas, snakes, and A SLOTH. Yes, a real sloth! I share her name, Sophia. My overall review is spectacular. I cannot see a single con with this shop. Amazing!
