My husband wanted to upgrade my diamond ring.

After having looked in the "mall jewelers" someone recommended King Jewelers.

From the moment we arrived, i felt confident that this was the place to be!

They have an enormous selection of jewelry, watches and of course DIAMONDS.

They really kept my husband in his budget while listening to everything I wanted.

The entire staff was lovely, knowledgeable and friendly.

The quality was well worth the price. We brought it to 2 other jewelers and they appraised my new diamond ring for much more than we paid.

I was impressed that they are a 5 generation family business that is over a 100 years old.

We found a new Jeweler who we can't recommend enough!!

Honest, great value and the nicest people

ust had the worst experience ever at this pompous jewelers!!! I took my Chanel watch in for a simple bezel repair in May 2015. Despite repeated phone calls to them I was unable to get any update on my watch. Each time I called them they told me they had contacted Chanel but no response. I was told Chanel was on vacation for two months. I was told the watch was in New Jersey - that was a month ago. Today 7 months later I finally picked up my watch at the exorbitant price of $680 + tax!!! RIP OFFFFF. Not only that but the owner Scott King told me I was harassing them by calling every two weeks for an update. He called me sweetheart on the phone. He also said Chanel doesn't make bezels because they don't break! This is the third time I have cracked the bezel so obviously he is full of S**T! The nice lady that I worked with actually told me they had three other Chanel watches in for same thing!!! The last two times I took it to a Chanel store directly and it took only a few weeks. I have never been so disgusted with service in my life!!! Pompous, overpriced and disgusting treatment! Do yourself a favor - buy Chanel watch from Chanel - and have it serviced and repaired at Chanel NOT King Jewelers!!!!

The other review is probably a hater. I buy a lot of products from the Kings and they treat me very well. I always get my food, my drinks, and my needs taking care of of. They are top at service and I know the jewelery biz well. They are NOT in the top 25 stores in this country for nothing. I think people should think about what they say before doing so. The parking there is rough though... ;-) My only complaint!

Poor service. Integrity is missing in their sales technique and pricing. Very little knowledge about diamonds, although they pretended to know a great deal. They have a large selection of watches and jewelry, but look here and buy the exact same items somewhere else for less, so you can sleep at night. Nothing in that store is unique to them - despite what they might tell you.
