Recently bought my second boats from these guys. always thought they had a good selection, good quality and never any problems w/service. would easily recommend them to others.

terrible customer interactions....on multiple occasions .......they treat you like you are in inconvenience to them....

Terrible customer service. The associates were unfriendly, impatient and sarcastic. My boat has been there for 2 months and they are "still waiting on a part". They have claimed it has been shipped according to the place ordered but hey did not get a tracking number to verify or track to let us know. Sorry I have to tell them what they should do for their job and getting cocky with me when I asked only adds to the disgruntlement.
