Just a word to the wise, Laura's Fine Jewelry on Sullivan Rd. in Central operates in the poorest fashion that I could ever imagine! My wife dropped her wedding ring set off to these clown's on 5/16 to be re-sized, she was told it could take up to a month to have the job done (1st red flag) and paid $100.00 up front (2nd red flag) for the job to be done. After not hearing from anyone there she calls them on 6/28 and they tell her that the ring has not even been looked at yet. Outraged she request to pick the ring up and receive a refund, she is told that she can do this and to simply come in and take care of it. On 6/29 again with no phone call from Laura's warning her she shows up for her ring and refund only to find out that they have knocked a diamond out during cleaning and it could not be replaced until 6/30 at the absolute earliest, on top of that no one working in the store can process a refund until after the weekend. I called to discuss this matter with them and the employee on the phone was unapologetic and immediately became defensive, rude and loud. This has to be the worst display of business operation and customer service I have ever experienced. I can promise you one thing, they will never get another red cent from this family and I suggest that if you enjoy good service you should stay away as well!!!
