Thank you Sanctuary Home & Gifts for once again coming through for me. I have always found the perfect gift for every occasion at your store. The employees have always helped me out and are so nice to deal with. I am sorry to hear the comments below because I have never had a problem returning an item. You need to check return dates on your receipt in order to get a refund or exchange. Love, love, love this store!

I would not recommend this store to anyone I know. In fact, I am telling everyone I know to stay away. The owner is rude and unwilling to work with the customers. How many brides do you know that can return a wedding gift within 14 days of purchase not receipt of the gift? Do not plan on receiving a gift from this store and returning it for other merchandise.

DON'T SHOP HERE!! Received a gift that came from this store and wanted to exchange it for something else. Snobby employee refused. Said the gift had been "resigned" 2 months ago & they don't carry it anymore. Wouldn't let me exchange it for something else. Now I'm stuck with a gift i don't like and a bad taste in my mouth from the employee's snobby attitude! Won't ever go there again! Too many other great gift shops in this city to waste time at The Sanctuary!

The Sanctuary Home and Gifts store is very unique! They definately have stuff for not only men but women too. They have a very extensive Vera Bradley collection. They have everything from wine glasses to bath robes. Perfect place for that special gift for someone that is hard to shop for. They carry things that also the House of Orleans in the mall has and The Lancaster House has but for a much more reasonable price. Loved the people and the atmosphere!! Definately one of the better gift shops in Baton Rouge.

Beautiful shop with lots of choices for everyone from brides to graduates. Very helpful staff. Love the gift wrap...

employer and employees are very unfriendly and rude.place is nice but horrible people be aware of that.i bought some stuff from them they were not taking it back when my boyfriend didn't like it.the whole crew is RUDE......
