Have been going for oil change year and 1/2 there never had a problem until the last two times the same guy barred the plug to my oil so I have a steady leak, they say I had other leaks, which they sent me to another place and nothing proven...so again I took it for diff oil change same thing but it gets frustrating when your car is no left in the condition you took it and I agree the girl in the front desk is not helpful at all with her repetitive eye rolling and The manager very condescending as far as asking me where I was raised didn't care for fishing comment or attitude...The owner should look into re-surfacing his personnel. Maybe retraining. As for me, this is my last oil change there....

This place uses the oil I trust and use. Unfortunately, the lady at the front counter is very rude. So rude, if I was not in a rush I would have left. Every customer that has walked in the door the last 15 minutes has had looks of discomfort from her tone and her approach. Due, to the customer service I will not be coming back. I can find my oil else where.
