Great customer service. Clean and safe. I use the drop off service and they always do a great job! New owner so the place has completely changed.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever received. I took advantage of the $5 comforter deal, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is so sweet, even offered to get the items out of my truck! The new owner has a heart of gold, and genuinely cares about the community. It's a business I'm proud to support. I'll be using Sugar Creek from now on! 5++ stars!

This place has outdated machines, dirty, dingy, unmanned most of the time. The old machines are pretty slow and more expensive than other in the area.

Wad not the cleanest I've ever been too. There are no timers on washers so you don't know how long it will take. Plus there aren't business hours posted. They closed before we could dry our clothes had to take our wet laundry elsewhere to dry it. If I knew they closed at 8pm I would've just went somewhere else to begin wi th.

Do not come to this place crappy service and old machines are very out dated and bathrooms are gross and if the machine breaks good luck getting your money back

Needed a place to wash my king size comforter. This place was so gross! No running water in the bathrooms. Machines were old and it was $5.00 for the extra large machine which in my opinion is too much. I will NEVER set foot in this place again.
