If they need to change their appointment it’s OK for them to jerk you around but if you have something that’s very important they will not move the appointment for you even if you called 72 hours ahead of time.

The staffs at these type of facilities are burdened with assisting individuals that are going through difficult times in their life's and therefore some consideration should be giving to staff if and when they themselves are experiencing difficult moments or situations. But what I experienced from a female staff member on Jan 26 2016 was shocking. I'm filing a complaint and maybe seeking to have some form a disciplinary action taken. She violated my privacy, leveed false allegations toward me and slandered my name to others around her. Refusing to identify herself has made this a complaint against the facility of which she belongs. As I intend to speak with her supervisor , and / or the medical board if warranted, I would hope that the proper authorities can rectify the problem . ,and if this "clinic" is comfortable with the horrible experience that just one of your staff gave me then it says a lot about the expectations of what kind of care one could expect to receive.
