This is the best jewelry store for both purchases and repairs that I have found in the Bloomington/Normal area. I haven't been to all of the stores in the area, but I have been to a lot and I have consistently found that Wm Marken has the best prices, the best quality of jewelry, and excellent services.



I have made both purchases of new jewelry and had repairs done at Wm Marken. The pricing and turnaround time for jewelry repairs is very good. I have had repairs that were quote for a week turnaround to have them call me the next day to tell me my jewelry was ready for pickup.



In regards to purchases, the two biggest factors are the quality/price and service. Both are outstanding. Their prices are inline with other prices I have found in the Bloomington/Normal area, but their quality is far above the other stores I have visited. And the service I receive when shopping for jewelry is excellent. The sales staff is very knowledgeable of their products. They ask me the right questions and answer my questions truthfully as I shop for the right piece of jewelry. In all of the times I have shopped there never have they tried to rush me to purchase or tried to push an up-sale on me to make more money. They have taken the time to make sure that I purchase exactly what I want to purchase.



I would highly recommend this store to anyone and will continue to use them as my preferred jewelry store.
