I was told over the phone that the darkest window tint these guys would put on my car was 5%. So I schedule and appointment. I go into my appointment thinking I'm going to get like 15% but when I show up the guy tells me that I can only go 35% or higher. In was just baffled and didn't know what to say I probably stood there for like 2-3 minutes I had no idea what to say. I ended up canceling the appointment, not only would they not do as they say but they were over priced.

If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. Based on my interaction with the owner and lack of response by the store on their online quote I will never do business with them again. They may the only businesses in town but there are other towns within driving distance.

ZIEBART DESTROYS YOUR CAR! I brought a brand new sedan to Bloomington's Ziebart for the diamond gloss protection and window tinting. When I went to pick the car up, I found they had treated the paint without even removing the bugs from the front bumper. Basicly, they sealed the bugs to the car's paint. I also found dirty shoe prints all over the brand new leather interior and console of the interior from when the worker was appling the tent to the windows. It had been explained to me they would treat the door sills with the diamond gloss and anywhere exterior paint was. This wasn't true. I found numerous places around the car's body where the paint had not even been wiped off from when I brought the car in. They fixed their mistakes only after I had to point everything out to them. A few months later, after having never washed the car by hand, I decided to give it a thoughough cleaning and discovered streaks on the windshield that would not come off. I took the car to a professional detailer for him to look the car over. He was appalled at both the windshild and the paint damage that had been done by Ziebart. He told me the windshild was unrepairable due to a solvent that was wiped onto the glass and imbedded itself withing the windshield. He also noticed swirl marks coving the entire exterior of the car. By looking at the glare of the sun reflecting off the surface of my car, you can clearly see swirls coving the vehicle. No one except has Zeibart has laid hands on the body of this car nor the windshied since the factory built it in Alabama a few months ago. It was apparent Ziebart did the damage so I brought the car back to them to show the manager my concerns. The manager refused to ackowledge the paint had swirl marks even when his coworker spotted them. He kept challenging my statements and told me that his business had not caused the damage and he wasn't able to do anything for me. Eventually, he walked away from me and locked himself in his store. Some business this is! They destroyed part of my brand new car and completely denied responsibility. Needless to say, I won't be renewing my protect a shine coating annually at the discounted rate. I wasted seven hundred dollars with this company and I am hoping you don't do the same. Take your vehicle to professionals and save yourself the hassle. ZIEBART IS DISGRACEFULL.

This is my first review of any kind. I normally don't put any reviews even if I am slightly displeased with the service. But this time these guys have just crossed all limits in terms of bad service. Please Please don't take your car here. I took an exterior and interier detailing service from them. Now there are scratch marks on the exterior of my 1 year old car. You can do a better job hand cleaning it with a store bought cleaner. People shouldn't be in a business where they dont know what they are doing. During exterier detailing, they have put scratch marks on a brand new car with no scratches, Please save your money and your car by not going to these guys.
