Although each customer may have a slightly different situation. However I had a really positive experience.

To start off with, I had been in contact with Brianne (the person in the online sales department) in regards to the possible purchase of a 2018 Hyundai Kona. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Zach.

After I had explained to Zach that I had been looking at the Hyundai Kona, and that until I went to look at the car in person - that I did not realize the Kona was the same size (maybe even slightly smaller than my previous car - a 2011 Kia Soul) also that I needed something a little bit bigger than the Kona and Soul.

We then briefly discussed the payment range that I was able to afford. Shortly after, Zach suggested that I look at the Hyundai Tucson. The first 2 were used. With one of them having only 35k miles.

After I took both used Tucson's for a test drive. Zach and the individual working in the finance department (I'm sorry I do not remember their name at this time) they suggested about getting a new (2018) Hyundai Tucson that the rebates/ promotions for the new car would help with the cost (because I still had "negative equity" because of the Kia Soul).

Zach, as well as the finance department, Along with the parts/ service department (I also had some questions I wanted to ask them), and everyone else were really helpful.

While I know it's possible that it was simply their way of "making a sale". I do think that they were truly doing what they could to help me with getting my new s.u.v.

(Considering I've personally had very good results with Andy Mohr's dealerships- both Kia and Hyundai. )

The employees are honest, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Took my car in to have them investigate an engine noise and was informed that my engine had a rod knocking. The investigated it and told me it was still under warranty and put me in a rental car and installed a new engine. Great warranty and service. Thank you Andy Mohr Hyundai.
