Both of my daughters went here to get their hair cut Thursday, December 27. They both went in with pictures of what they wanted done to their hair. BOTH TURNED OUT AWFUL! Nothing like the pictures! My oldest daughter went in looking for a chic modern look. She ended up with a haircut that isnt even fit for a 80 year old grandmother. It was to short, to uneven, choppy and looked a mess! My daughter tried to correct her or tell her that she was cutting it too short and it didn't look anything like the picture! The stylist name was Sandy in her 40/50's with blonde hair. The stylist would not listen to my daughter and even after she told her how awful it was, they would not let my daughters leave without paying. If I was with her, we would have left w/o paying! It was awful! Now my daughter is stuck wearing hats until it grows out a little to be fixed. My youngest went in with a simple trim. The trim was so uneven and choppy looking in the back. AWFUL CUTS / NO STYLE
