I had taken my sewing machine in, not the brand they sell. Pat new exactly what I was talking about. He sold that brand before. I love their fabric selection, the folks very helpful and very curtious. Got my machine back and it is like brand new. I hope it will last me another 13 years. I thank you. I will continue going back there to buy my fabric/ sewing needs and if any of my other machines need a tune up I know where to take them.

I have never been treated more rudely in a store. Two different sales people walked away and left me standing. One of them told me I really shouldn't have brought my daughter in the store with me. Mind you she had not done anything wrong. She was just helping me pick out fabric for her new pajamas. Will never set foot in this store again. If there was a rating less then 1 I would have used it.

I would not take my machines any where else! I have 4, and 2 came from Sewing Machine Station. These people know their stuff. Machines are now computers that stitch and it takes well educated folks to know how they work. I have been sewing since I was six, I have seen it all. Trust Sewing Machine Station.

The man that owns this shop and works in it is extremely rude! I recently bought a sewing machine online, and needed to see if the machine needed repairs. I went into this store wanting to know if the machine was broken or if I was doing something wrong, but the man would not talk to me unless I agreed to pay for the advice. I also wanted to upgrade my embroidery fonts, but I will not give him any of my business. I had heard from another person that the people were snobby to them, but I wanted to go to this store because of the location. DO NOT give them your business! I have heard great things about a store in Murfreesboro! It is worth the drive!
