Racist people behind those windows.

We had researched Pediatric Associates when my wife was pregnant, and went in and met with a few of the doctors. They were caring and helpful, and we decided to go with Dr. Schiff. Dr. Schiff is caring and warm-hearted, and great with our daughter who is now 11 months old. When Dr. Schiff isn't around, we have had a few great experiences with Dr. Clark. Both Doctors are fantastic and genuinely seem to care about the well being of our daughter, and take the time out to answer any of the questions we had.



The office staff is fine, too....maybe not the friendliest in the world, but certainly not as bad as the other reviewer made them out to be. We have not had any issues with them.



I would recommend Pediatric Associates to anyone looking for a pediatric doctor in the Bristol area.

Awful office and secretary staff. I went there up until I graduated just because of my doctor, but the office staff was rude and did not do their job correctly. They were mean and impatient. One worker would explain one thing I needed to do one way and they other a completely different way. The biggest issue I had with them was filling out forms for school. They were slow and ineffective. They took weeks to do it, and multiple times I would have the form returned to me incorrectly filled out and without the doctors signature. I would then have to return it to them to wait another two weeks. One time I called every other day, as they told me to do, to check in on the status of my form and they continually told me to check in again the next day. Finally, a woman answered me and told me I was no longer their patient and that they couldn't fill out the form. This was the first I had heard of that. She then blamed me, telling me they tried to reach me multiple times and couldn't get me which was odd because I called them almost every day and never heard about any of that!! Long story short, the admissions staff is rude and inefficient and I would not recommend them.
