I read the reviews - what a crock. Who is writing these reviews, their friends. The shop is old and poorly run. The fish are mostly damaged. The plants are so blackened with algae they look dirty and dying. The two big tanks have fish that have been there for ages. They are sick looking and ugly. Almost everything is over priced and they will say anything to get you to buy. They pushed me to give them an extra $20 to join their club - what a joke. Their tank stands are made of fake wood that peels and stains after a few months. If you try to return something, that guy Marty will try his best not to give a refund. They have birds, and the woman who cares for them is very nice, helpful and hardworking. Her cheap boss has her doing too much and the birds are often dirty and unhappy, which means they are likely to get sick. One thing they do well is talk you into buying, blah blah blah, while all the time trying to cheat you.

This aquarium store IS HORRIBLE!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER buy a fish from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! today on 5/19/12 i bought a Juvenile Emperor Angelfish for $90.00! I brought it home and IT HAD ICH! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! I am very very very disappointed in this store. No wonder they dont have there lights on because they dont want you to SEE WHATS REALLY GOING ON!!! I AM SOOO ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank god i noticed the ICH just in time or else that $90.00 would have gone to the garbage! NEVER EVER BUY A FISH FROM HERE!!! Oh yea did i mention his fins are ripped to???!!!!!!! JESUS LORD I AM ANGRYYYYYYYYYY NEVER EVER BUY A FISH FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got two large tanks and get most of my supplies here, including quality frozen fish food and filter supplies. Dwayne, the fish caretaker, is AMAZING!! He loves the fish and is very helpful. He won't sell you incompatible fish and lets you know about special fish coming in! The fish are healthy - Dwayne is meticulous at fish tank maintenance. Their fish sell out fast, so there is a better selection earlier in the week. I also got a 65 gallon set up for a great price and a replacement 55 gallon tank at a moments notice after an old tank sprung a leak. These guys busted a gut to help me get the tank set-up home. The female salesperson isn't representative of the awesome staff at this place.
