They could clean their floors so they're free of pet hair and grime. My load was ruined because there was chocolate left in the dryer, that I didn't see, and they wouldn't pay for me to wash again. The attendant told me to wash them over myself because they usually check the dryers after every use. They couldn't given me $2.50 to fix the problem but didn't.
