Our family lost our dear beloved friend, Sandy Girl, today. She was 16 years old and a beautiful golden retriever mix dog. She succumbed to severe arthritis, but otherwise perfectly healthy and alert. Life was getting to be a difficult struggle for her to move around, and her hind legs would collapse and she would fall. Here's to all of our faithful animal friends who keep us humans grounded and sane.

This is a wonderful organization that is a no kill shelter. If you are looking for a pet that has been given the right care this is the place! I have adopted two pets from Operation Kindness over the years and have been treated right by the staff and volunteers. I still take my old towels along with other items that they can use to help with their costs. This is an organization that truly cares about animals!

Not your typical depressing dog pound. This place makes you feel like the dogs are happy to be there. They seem to know they are loved by the staff and are awaiting their forever home. You can rest assured that you are adopting a healthy animal that is up to date on shots and already spayed/neutered. Please support them when looking for a pet.
