I went to Tim's shop to fix a particular problem I was having. He told me he fixed the problem and recommended two more repairs that needed to be done to make the car driveable, so I authorized those 3 repairs all together, costing around $750. A week later I was having the same problem as before so I took it back to have them look at it. $129 later he tells me it's something different than before, even though it was acting up the exact same way. He then said they weren't sure what the problem was, ranging anywhere from a $400 filter to a $6,000 transmission. Since my car was old and had alot of miles, I decided to get a new one. However, Tim refused to give me any sort of refund for my previous repairs. I explained to him the only reason I got the repairs done was because he said he fixed the problem and I was planning on keeping the car. But it turned out he didn't fix the problem and couldn't find the exact problem so I almost had to get a new car. The fact the he charged me around $900 all together and my car still wasn't working, made me irate and furious. I will never go back to him again or refer him. Save your money and go elsewhere.
