We called Arbor Tech at the recommendation of a friend. They came out for a quick estimate, but everything went bad from there. I took a half day off of work for our scheduled service to be there while they cleaned up storm damage and removed dangerous limbs from our tree. They never showed up, never called. When I contacted them, I was told that they had moved our appointment back almost a MONTH...without even telling us. I had to be out of town when they came back, but they said I didn't need to be there. They took advantage of my absence and completed less than half the work that had been requested and estimated. Very disappointed, and you can be sure I will never call on their services again, nor will I recommend them to others.
