This location has a superb and friendly staff, but often not enough enough people working. I have absolutely no complaints, and they always aim to please; however, I end up having to have friends pick me up and give me a ride to avoid having to wait. Enterprise advertises "We'll pick you up!" on their commercials, yet this is their worst service in my experience. I've had several instances where I've had to wait 1-3 hours to be picked up.Anyway, I'm still rating them as good because it's hard to find good customer service. They seem to genuinely care and try to do what they can to help their customers at this location.

I would not recommend the Enterpise lot at 2021 s Alma school Rd. I order a vehicle about 9 am this morning and told I would have a vehicle by 11am. I have phone them several times and get the run around. It is now 4pm and still no sign of a car. This one addition stress point after having an accident and my car being totaled out.
