Do not use this service. Dishonest and expensive. I took the exact same laundry to another laundry service to have it weighed for it to weigh only 12 pounds while this place told me it weighed 29 pounds. That's more than half more in weight and cost. They charged me almost $60.00 for 12 pounds of laundry! Not only did they grossly overcharge me, my laundry might as well have been balled up and thrown in a bag; that's how wrinkled the clothes were. And some of the clothes still had stains and crusted food on them while one of my baby's outfits smelled so sour, like it had sat wet too long, I had to throw it away. I emailed the company informing them of all the issues, and no one even bothered to contact me.
